Hachimanzaka

Hachimanzaka, located at the foot of Mount Hakodate in the Motomachi area, is a beautiful slope that stretches straight down to the sea. On clear days, the stunning view of the blue sky and ocean unfolds at the end of the slope, offering a picturesque scene. Though it’s a popular tourist spot, the Motomachi area is also filled with charming Western-style buildings and parks, making it a wonderful place for a leisurely stroll. If you get tired along the way, take a break at one of the recommended cafés nearby and enjoy a relaxing moment.
